How do I enroll in Drop Ship by Amazon?
The first step is to fill out the information request form. We will then follow up with you with additional information on how to sign up for the service.
Can I get help with a large credit line?Once you establish your account you can work with our financial partner to apply for a line of credit.
Who owns the web site where the customer makes a purchase?You are responsible for your web site. You can customize the display of catalog information, customer support information, as well as the full check-out experience based on the needs of your business.
Can I choose which products I want to sell?Yes, you limit the product selection on your web site to meet your specific business needs. For example, if you want to just use Amazon Electronic Purchasing for books, DVDs, and magazines, you can do this. You can also restrict what you show on your web site to specific sub-categories or even specific products.
Will my customers receive their products in an Amazon box?Yes, in general, your customers will receive their products in a box with Amazon.com's logo on it.
Will the price of the item (that I pay) show up on the packing slip?
Showing the price is optional - most users of Electronic Purchasing choose to not show the price by marking the order as a "gift".
Can I customize the packing slip?
When you mark the order as a gift, you also have the option to add a gift message of up to 240 characters on the packing slip. You can specify a unique gift message for each order.
Who handles customer support for our end-users?Because these users are your customers, you are responsible for handling customer support.
How does a customer return a product?The customer can return a product either by going directly to Amazon (as if they received a gift from someone and wanted to exchange it) or by going through you.
